Mission Trip 2025 Day 2

To begin our day, we woke up and went to breakfast. After breakfast we were able to do a devotional which served as a time to get to better know God 1:1. After this we had our job site specific orientations. We then headed out to our first worksite, the Peace Garden. We were able to help weed and clean up the already beautiful garden. We took a short break for lunch then went to our second location, the Horizon House, where we were able to help process and sort donations for the unhoused. Our afternoon activity was a scavenger hunt across Indianapolis. We then were able to shower, and eat dinner. Finally, we had our gathering in which we learned the simple truth that God loves you no matter who you are.
