Meet The Staff

Matt Fricker grew up in the suburbs of Pittsburgh.  Matt is a 2013 graduate of Pittsburgh Theological Seminary and a 2008 graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania (Cartography). Pastor Matt has served 3 churches in the Pittsburgh area, and a church in downtown San Antonio.  Matt was a member of the United States Army from 1999 to 2008, during which he served in Iraq. He currently works with veterans and the reformed churches in Iraq.  Pastor Matt has a wife Cheri, and two children Emma and Maddox.  He loves food, sports, and laughing!

 

 

Stephanie is from Long Island, New York, and is a graduate of Pittsburgh Theological Seminary. With a strong background in Christian education, she has served at Presbyterian camps and conference centers and trained as a student pastor at Calvin Presbyterian Church in Zelienople. Stephanie joined John McMillan Presbyterian Church to help expand educational opportunities and is expected to transition to Associate Pastor upon her ordination as a PCUSA minister later this year

Sarah is a Bethel Park resident, who worked previously at the Bethel Park Library. She enjoys reading, hiking and spending time with her two dogs.

​

Sarah is a amazing and new addition to John McMillan, her pleasant disposition makes everyone feel welcome.

Carolyn grew up in Columbus, Ohio and attended Otterbein University where she graduated with a degree in applied vocal music.  She also studied vocal pedagogy at the Ohio State University.  She taught voice and piano for 40 years and has directed choirs in Ohio, Indiana, Tennessee and Pennsylvania. She loves to sew and garden and leads the SHIM gardeners here at JMPC.  We couldn't do it without her. Carolyn is married to Rick and they have 3 daughters and 5 grandchildren.

For the past 20 years, Kim as lived in Peters Township with her husband and 4 children. She enjoys spending time with her family, taking walks with her dog, reading, traveling, baking, gardening, and connecting with friends.

She has been in the field of Education since graduating from college, and has gathered years of experience as both an Elementary and Preschool teacher, as well as a Director.

Jackie has been the lead tech since 2021, expertly handling visuals and live streaming. Her dedication and technical skills ensure that every event runs smoothly and looks stunning. With her at the helm, audiences can always expect a top-notch viewing experience.
