Celebration Ringers Fundraiser
The Celebration Ringers are raising money to purchase another octave of chimes to complete the set we have. We currently have three octaves of bells but only two octaves of chimes so all the bell ringers don't have chimes to ring. Many of the songs we play require three octaves and when we reach the notes we do not have we have to switch from chimes to bells. This sounds awkward when we are in the midst of a sweeping melody.
We need your help to reach our goal. You can donate a quarter note for $25, a half note for $50 or a whole note for $100.
Our progress will be recorded on the musical staff which is on the wall above the coat rack in the narthex. We need to complete 16 bars of music to reach our goal of $1600. I hope we can count on you to make our ringers happy. Just be sure specify BELLS on your check or online giving.
